Key systems that are monitored 24x7 include grid power availability and quality, UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) health, availability and ambient temperature. In order to ensure smooth operations of our facilities, OnX MS has a rigorous maintenance program in place for all critical systems including UPS, backup power generators and air handling/CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning). The data centers are interconnected via private line and/or high speed VPN (Virtual Private Network) allowing for complex hosting scenarios such as Active/Active fail-over for our Customers mission critical applications.

- 10. 10 CLIENT Solution Brief: RAMP-Consulting Infrastructure Managed Hosting PHASE 1: QAS and DEV Environments: RAMP-Consulting, powered by OnX, will host the Development and QA environments and perform all monitoring and management of 7 Virtual Servers (listed in Appendix A) These systems will reside in OnX’s Naperville, IL Tier III Datacenter and backups of all servers, network devices will be stored locally at the Naperville, IL Datacenter and replicated to the OnX Disaster Recovery Tier III Data Center in Indianapolis, IN. PHASE 1: OnX will provide the following for QAS and DEV Environments: Network: 5 Mbps (burstable to 100 Mbps, billed at 95% for 5 Mbps avg monthly polled usage) Redundant and Diverse Internet Connectivity to OnX Data Center o This includes 1x Outside IP Addresses o 1x SSL Certificate 2U Rack space and redundant power o 1x Fully Managed Dedicated Cisco Firewall DEV & QAS Servers: (NOTE: “HANA” Server Names were ones provided, this does not include a HANA appliance)

We work in the spirit of partnership with clients to minimize cost and avoid surprises in these areas. Pricing is valid for 30 days. It is assumed that a standard RAMP-Consulting & OnX Master Services Agreement and Managed Hosting Schedule will be signed stipulating terms, schedules, SOWs, and other specifications including the list of services as described above. Any contract changes will be reviewed and agreed upon by mutual agreement between the client, RAMP and OnX.
