ResearchMain plot: Acts such as singers, dancers, comedians, variety acts, and other performers from around Britain compete against each other for the audience to vote for them so they can win.Prize: The winner gets £100,000 and are given an opportunity to perform at the famous Royal Variety Performance in front of the Queen and other Royal family members.
ResearchWho produced the show: Simon Cowell produced the show with his company  Syco TV . He is the owner of the Got talent series and announced in 2007 that he would be making Britain’s got talent.Target audience: The target audience are families and people of any age and background.
Research Format of the show:Auditions: The auditions are taken place in different locations around the Britain. The contestants perform in front of the judges and a live audience. If the judges do not like the act then they press a buzzer which lights a ‘’X’’ on top of the stage. If all the judges press their buzzers then the act will have to stop immediately. The judges give feedback after each performance, to get through to the next round the acts will have to get at least two yes votes or otherwise be sent home. After the auditions the judges must pick 24 acts to be in the semi-finals.Semi-Finals: The contestants must perform then the public vote for thier favourite. The winner gets a chance to perform in the final. The judges then pick a second act to also perform in the final. There are three semi-finals.Finals: In the finals all the remaining acts perform, the public then vote for their favourite and that act wins.
