To Whom It May Concern:
Jason Morrissey was employed at Cold Metal Products, Indianapolis Plant in April 1996.
Within one month he had successfully tested into a Millwrights position.
Jason worked well with the senior Millwrights, learning quickly and becoming an asset to
the Maintenance Department. Within six months Jason achieved the highest Millwright status,
Class "A". Until 1999 Jason worked mainly on the 3pm-l lpm shift as sole Millwright on the
shift. Unfortunately for Cold Metal Products and Jason he was laid-offfrom the Plant in April
of 1999. After being laid-offJason severed his employment at CMP and secured employment as
another steel mill.
As a Millwright Jason worked on the maintenance, repair and installation of, hydraulic &
pneumatic systems, boilers, furnaces and heat exchangers as well as perfiorming pipe fitting,
welding and fabrication duties. In the Maintenance Department there were also many
miscellaneous duties that are not including in the above list.
During his time at CMP Jason worked well with his peers and management always doing
his part to ensure the smooth operation of the mill. Jason is a conscientious, hard working,
intelligent individual who would be an asset to any organization.
Sincerely,
0-,,"/ruP^- ( %-z
