The document discusses using a NSGA-III-based meta decision tree to classify real estate data. NSGA-III is a metaheuristic optimization technique that can find optimal solutions. It is used to iteratively optimize the parameters of a meta-J48 decision tree model to improve classification accuracy of real estate data. Experimental results found the proposed NSGA-III technique outperformed other methods in terms of accuracy, true positive rate, true negative rate, precision, and F-measure.
