Release/Build Engineer – J2EE focused within the Technical Delivery Team Hands on configuration and software build focus Rapidly expanding large scale project driven environment Challenging and dynamic business within Java software applications This newly created role will have you working in a friendly team based environment that is utilises Agile principles. This is a hands on role that will have you utilising your strong software build experience as well as your background in systems administration. You will be utilising SOA to achieve technology solution within the business. You will be up for a challenge and have proven experience with application release work. To make sparks fly you will have: At least 2 years experience working with full lifecycle software development using J2EE, EJB, XML, jUnit and Struts Experience in administering automated Java builds and testing in Linux environments Advanced understanding of CI (Continuous Integration) theory and toolsets Websphere administration, configuration and deployment experience Strong scripting skills What makes this role shine?
