Re-ocurring goodybag community
- 2. Considerations for the following recurring goodybag designs • A user can only set to automatically renew a goodybag if we already have a live goodybag or the user is in the process of purchasing a goodybag via topping-up. • Queued goodybags will no longer be possible, however a user can always switch on & off the re-occurrence of a goodybag at any point in time, which is will still provide the same experience. • A user can change the goodybag he wishes to re-occur up to the day of goodybag renewal where editing will not be possible. • A user can only re-occur a goodybag from credit card. • Payment of a goodybag will occur the moment the goodybag kicks in. • Those who have a queued goodybag when re-occurrence kicks in will not be able to switch re-ocurrence on until their live goodybag expires as they have already paid for their next one. • Journeys and settings need to be applied to giffgaff.com, giffgaff.com/mobile and facebook top-up, however we will reconsider the continuity of facebook top-up due to low usage.

- 5. Scenario: User has got a queued goodybag and has recurring turned off (this scenario would only appear in month #1) Note: When your Live goodybag expires you will be able to set goodybags to renew automatically

Re-occur your goodybag so you don’t need to come and purchase a new one every month. If you are not interested just click continue.
