Context
A society cannot be recognized without Rights and Obligations. These rights and obligations
determine Human Rights which make a society civilized. Realistically speaking right of
education is the main pillar on which a society lays down its foundation. Since 1999 SHARP has
been utilizing all the resources in order to promote education practically and constructively.
SHARP along with UNHCR has introduced its rigorous educational programs and vibrant
workshops which are path breaking steps aiming to nurture critical and creative intellectual
capability of the students. SHARP has always equipped the society with exceptional trainings,
breadth of knowledge, passion for life-long learning and awareness of larger implications of
human rights. SHARP has arranged training and workshops for teachers, police personals’,
teachers, students and district management administration to combat the abuses of society.
SHARP in collaboration with UNHCR arranged a Three Days Consecutive Capacity Building
Training Workshop for Teachers 2nd June 2014 to 4th June 2014 which was under the EAC
COMPONENT with a motive to introduce effective teaching techniques and methodologies to
the teachers to enhance the output of class.
Raison D Etre
The underlying principle behind this teacher training workshop was the development of a bridge
between student and teacher relationship so that the hindrance of student being vocal and the
obstruction of teacher being a communicator might get resolved as in my opinion: ¼Good
Teaching Is Preparation and ¾ is A Theater. The more the teacher is accessible,
understandable the more the student is responding. In this way this teacher and student
adsorbing and absorbing capabilities are directly proportional To Each Other. Teaching should
be full of ideas instead of stuffed with facts. That’s why SHARP along with UNHCR managed
such healthy innovative and versatile training workshop so that the teachers of this era may
overlap with modern teaching strategies and methodologies to groom the new generation with
gold plating beams.
Introduction
Every state, every nation, every society recognizes human rights to make it to run on the lines
of welfare and parallelism. Among all the human rights: the Right to Educate can’t be ignored
as well. Every child has a right to get education to polish himself and for the welfare of the
country. Holy Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) said,” Seek Knowledge Unless You
May Go To China” which clearly depicts how much education is important for a child whether
it’s stone age or an ancient time, or Elizabethan Age, or an Anglicans era or a Modern genre and
to educate a child the main Protagonists a Teacher who is an Architect to build the nation. It is a
2 | P a g e
Pathetic Fallacy that even today many of the children are deprived of their basic right of
education. But SHARP is determined to enhance the factor of education door to door for every
child for every boy for every girl that’s why Teacher training workshop was arranged because
good teachers build a good nation.
Synopsis of workshop

teachers’ training is a vital area of education life. For long the size of the syllabus of students has

The trainer instructed the teachers to adopt quick and easy ways to deliver and to get the output
of the class so that the understanding capacity of whole class is measured. Then teachers
complained that in refugee Camp kot Chandna Afghan students don’t take interest in curricular
