Reports in SAP Using Report Painter / Drill Down Reporting
- 1. * PROFIT CENTRE WISE / PERIOD WISE / PROFIT AND LOSS This report can provide the profit and loss for a month profit center wise. Management can ascertain which profit center is making profit on month to month basis. This will help them to analyze the loss made on a particular month for a specific Profit Centre and analyze further to take measures. *All Report in this Presentation are prepared in SAP ECC
- 2. RATIO AGAINST SALES – Company Level and Profit Centre Level* This report can provide the profit and loss for a year profit center wise and company code wise Ratio against Sales. This report will help Finance head to analyze the expenses where they need to concentrate and reduce. Whether the % of expenses is in proportion to the Sales in comparison with Previous Year.
- 3. RATIO ANALYSIS – Company Level and Profit Centre Level Report in can provide the MANAGEMENT a Visual how the Company is placed with the financial position.
- 4. AGING ANALYSIS – COMPANY CODE WISE Aging Analysis which provides Company Code wise gives an alarm to the Finance Head which he need to concentrate on Above 360 days in all the company. This report help him to concentrate on collection thus ensuring good cash flow to the management.
- 5. PROJECT WISE PROFITABILITY Report provides PROJECT wise gives profitability helps Project Manager to concentrate on a area to ensure project is ended with profitability. Comparison of Actual and Plan will help them to take proper decision to control and optimize the cost.
