This document discusses using the Ontos Linked Data Information Workbench (OntosLDIW) to integrate data from various sources into a customer relationship management (CRM) system. It describes how OntosLDIW extracts, links, and stores data from text, spreadsheets, databases and other sources as linked data. This allows CRM users to access all required customer information from a variety of sources through a single system. The document estimates that using OntosLDIW to integrate this data into the CRM could provide a 186% return on investment within 3 years by reducing time spent on customer queries from 8 minutes to 1 minute and ensuring up-to-date information is available.
