and huge for everyone as we stepped into
the new decade little did we know that Covid
19 is here to change all our plans and take us
to the new normal.
A lot of learnings have been gained through
Covid 19 some painful some cheerful but
we must look at the positive aspects of life
and see what changed for the better. As we
adapt to this change the workspaces shall
change forever. We too need to gear for the
same and prepare for the same.
We has put together a guide that shall assist
you to start planning for the new workspaces
and also make the employees comfortable as
they plan to return back to the offices.

In response to social distancing and hygiene, our guidebook shall
share with you how to convert the current workspace to make it
safe and secure and how to plan for the return to workspaces in
short term, medium term and long term plans.

Deploy 70% of the workforce to work from home
for the coming 3-4 months and 30% to be working
from office.
This selection is done through critical staff who
need to operate from the office and those who can
operate from home.
Send staff on annual leave and also create rotations
for staff to be in the office so they get an
environmental break and also change of routine.
This shall also help them balance both the factors
of working from home and office and this shall also
assist with the productivity scale.
Create fun tasks and activities for staff to keep
team spirits high and motivated.

This zone is for people not
working in the space but
for external visitors. In this
zone closed meeting rooms,
washrooms, sanitization
areas, breakout areas and
also printing areas.

The internal zone shall be for
employees breakout area, brainstorm
and collaboration, interaction area and
meeting rooms. These areas shall be
well spread with social distancing and
all santization planning shall form part
of this area as well.
Limit the number of people in an area
by putting sensors to detect how many
people can be in an area at one given
time.
Mark arrows for entry, exit and
walking paths so social distancing is
maintained at every level.

the social distancing requirement.
