MEETING THE NEEDS In today’s ever changing economic climate, we are constantly enhancing our services to keep up with each one of our clients’ needs. Our products have been designed to have immediate impact on your collection results, by the physical presence of one of our nationwide field representatives at your debtor’s door. We are a vehicle of communication that represents each and every one of you, individually.
The products available to you are: General Field Call Offers you the ability to have “Face to Face” contact through one of our field representatives who will convey an urgent message to your debtor to contact you, immediately. “ Skip tracing” is another way in which this product can be utilized, for example: If no contact is made with the debtor, the field representative will verify occupancy by various methods BENEFITS: Generates call back from dormant account. Gives your debt higher priority over other creditors that are using today’s conventional methods (phone calls, letters, etc.) Having this representation at your fingertips anywhere in the country, allows you to significantly impact the attention your debt will receive from your debtor. Regardless whether direct contact is made or not with your debtor, the field representative will always leave your personalized calling card, known to us, as a “Doorknocker”. This device will encourage the debtor to call you immediately.

PROPERTY PRESERVATION AND EVICTIONS: We have a wide range of services that encompass all the following: Securing and Winterizing Lock Change and Board-up Lawn Maintenance and Debris Removal Refurbishing of Collateral Eviction Process Price of Service: Due to the variable aspects of these services the prices will be quoted on a case by case basis as you inquire on them.
APPRAISALS All of our appraisals are performed by licensed and certified appraisers; with the main emphasis to give you the most concise market value available.  We realize you have to make your  tough  decisions based on this very crucial piece of information.
 
 
 
LOSS MITIGATION CAMPAIGNS Personal delivery of the Loss Mitigation Package:     This campaign consists of our field reps  making two attempts to make direct contact with your customers.   One attempt is being performed in the day time and the other in the evening and personally handing the Loss Mitigation Package to the customer. We will be stressing to them that the you are reaching out to them for assistance and they should fill out the package, give you a call and mail it into you ASAP.  Personal delivery of the Loss Mitigation Package with two attempts to have it completed by our field rep:   This campaign consists of our field reps attempting two attempts either in the evening or on the weekends to make direct contact with your customer.  T he goal is to have your customer fill out the Loss Mitigation Package while our rep is at their home. We will be stressing to them that the you are reaching out to them for assistance and we will be delivering the completed package to the right department at your call center for immediate processing.
