Risk How at risk Control Measures General Public People walking past that do not want to be filmed People walking past in shot of the camera Camera could be stolen Avoid filming when people are passing Stop filming when people want to pass and we are in the way filming Keep the camera in a bag when it is not being used Damage Camera could be damaged by rain or carelessness Keep a bag for the camera at all times of filming and cover in rainy weather Permission Filming may not be permitted in some locations such as neighbour’s houses Ask for permission to film anything with neighbour’s house in shot and ensure all other locations aren’t private property unless allowed Noise Noise from traffic and members of the public could be heard on the recorded footage Try to avoid filming at busy times of day and avoid filming at busy traffic times of day and where there are lots of traffic moving Also in terms of general public walking past talking possibly, avoid shooting the trailer Distress to the public during the action scene Screaming and dragging characters through the woods may lead members of the public to be worried or distressed Avoid shooting when members of the public around and at busy times
