The document presents a robust video watermarking scheme based on the MPEG-2 standard, which embeds watermarks into selected high-frequency coefficients of discrete cosine transform blocks during the intra-coding process, thereby preserving visual quality and robustness against various attacks. The method specifically targets plain type DCT blocks, minimizing perceptibility loss and controlling bit rate increase, while also demonstrating resilience to re-compression and synchronization attacks. Experimental results indicate that this proposed scheme outperforms existing watermarking techniques in terms of robustness and visual quality.
