ORDER:
Government of India vide reference Second read above has notified
the wage rate for unskilled manual work taken up under MGNREGS as
Rs.149/-.
2.
Hence the wage rate for the unskilled manual work taken up under
MGNREGS in the State is revised from Rs. 137/- to Rs. 149/- with effect
from 01.04.2013.
3.
Para 7 of MGNREG Act states that when wages are directly linked
with the quantity of work, the wages shall be paid according to the
schedule of rates fixed by the State Government for different types of work
every year, in consultation with the State Council.
4.
In order to ensure the revised wage rate to the unskilled wage
seekers the task rates issued in the reference first read above are
superseded and the Government orders for revision of the tasks rates
(RSSR 2013-14) as annexed to the order.
5.
The RSSR 2013-14 is prepared in comprehensive with different
categories of works taken up under MGNREGS.
6.

These orders shall come into effect from 01-04-2013.

The Gazette of India no. 427, dated 26-02-2013 <<>> ORDER: Government of India vide reference Second read above has notified the wage rate for unskilled manual work taken up under MGNREGS as Rs.149/-. 2. Hence the wage rate for the unskilled manual work taken up under MGNREGS in the State is revised from Rs. 137/- to Rs. 149/- with effect from 01.04.2013. 3. Para 7 of MGNREG Act states that when wages are directly linked with the quantity of work, the wages shall be paid according to the schedule of rates fixed by the State Government for different types of work every year, in consultation with the State Council. 4. In order to ensure the revised wage rate to the unskilled wage seekers the task rates issued in the reference first read above are superseded and the Government orders for revision of the tasks rates (RSSR 2013-14) as annexed to the order. 5. The RSSR 2013-14 is prepared in comprehensive with different categories of works taken up under MGNREGS. 6. These orders shall come into effect from 01-04-2013. 7.
