The rubric evaluates a comparative table on holidays, festivals, celebrations and landmarks on punctuality, total public holidays included, aspects considered for each event, and spelling. Tables are scored on a scale of 3 to 1 based on whether they were delivered on time, included 4 or more holidays, considered 3 or more aspects for each, and were free of spelling errors. Late tables or those with fewer holidays, aspects, or more than 3 spelling errors receive lower scores.
