This research project, conducted by Ruchita Rautela, explores health awareness and lifestyle choices of individuals aged 25-50 in the Garhwal region, focusing on dietary habits, physical activity, and the impact of socio-economic factors. The findings reveal a moderate level of health awareness but highlight significant knowledge gaps and barriers to healthier lifestyles, including limited access to healthcare and reliance on traditional practices. Recommendations for improving public health include targeted awareness campaigns and enhancing healthcare infrastructure in rural areas.
