Check that participants call in using the provided phone numbers and private PIN for optimal sound quality. Test your equipment and upload any presentations beforehand in PDF format. During the meeting, managers can mute all or lock individual participants on mute to improve audio quality if there is feedback or echoing. After the meeting, add a summary highlighting decisions and action items, and meetings will be archived for 12 hours with chat logs and documents available for later retrieval.
