North Memorial Maple Grove Hospital, with 130 beds, has been serving the northwest metro community for over fifty years, offering various healthcare services while prioritizing patient safety and a healing environment. The hospital's mission is to provide compassionate care and it conducts research to identify how Medicare and Medicaid affect children's access to healthcare, particularly through the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). This study aims to quantify the relationship between these healthcare programs and assess their impact on the availability and affordability of care for children at the hospital.
