Main Menu
• Designed to include all options on one main menu screen broken down by Booking and
Finishing options
• The package includes
– A header with the script name
– Script version and window number on every screen which will assist in troubleshooting issues
– Next, Back and Exit options where functionality allows
BOOKING OPTIONS
AIR Options
• ADD HK SEGMENT – Assists agent with availability search and direct selling of “HK” air segments
• ADD PASSIVE SEGMENT – Assists agent with adding passive “GK” air segments
• CANCEL SEGMENT – Assists agent with cancelling “XK” air segments
• COMMISSION – Determines correct commission percentage amount to be taken based upon given
requirements
• MEALS – Assists agent with adding special meal code requests to existing airline reservations
• OSI/SSR – Assists agent with adding Other Supplementary Information (No action or reply needed)
and Special Service Requests (Seats, Pets, Special Needs, etc.) to existing reservations
• PRINTABLE REMARKS – Assists agents with adding printable “segment associated” remarks to
existing airline segments to display on travel itinerary
• SEATS – Assists agents with adding specific seat requests to existing airline reservations
• BARGAIN FINDER – Searches for lowest fare for itinerary booked “WPNC” (Price with New Class)
• FARE RULES – Assists agents with the formats required to display fare rules from the fare quote
“FQ” display
• JOURNEY RECORD – TBD
• QREX – Assists agents with Automated Exchanges “WFRF” entries for both Full exchanges and
partial reissues

• QUALITY CONTROL – Performs necessary checks to ensure data integrity and continuity of
reservation data
• HOLD TAW – Assists agents with adjusting the ticket request (TAW) line to hold reservation
for a specific time and also to release reservation
• FEE – Assists agents with determining and charging proper service fees to existing
reservations.
• CHANGE/CANCEL – Assists agent with required actions upon changing and cancelling ticketed
reservations
• TICKETING MANUAL – Assists agent with manually ticketing reservations when deemed
necessary
• TICKETING QUEUE TO MID-OFFICE – Assists agent with queuing reservation to designated
queue for mid-office ticketing processing
• MCO-PAPER TICKET FEE – Assists agent with issuing a MCO for a paper ticket fee
• MCO-RESIDUAL – Assists agent with issuing a MCO for a residual amount
• PRE-PAID TICKET – Assists agent with issuing a pre-paid ticket fee
• REFUND – Assists agent with issuing a refund in the GDS
• VOID – Assists agent with issuing void in the GDS

• SEND EMAIL – Assists agent with the required actions to send a GDS controlled email
• SEND FAX – Assists agent with the required actions to send a GDS controlled fax
• QUEUE PLACE TO QC – Queue places reservation to designated GDS queue for automated
