Pre Plan:-
 Product Plan
One need to decide what product is need to be
launched, USP for that product will be what.
Considering all sort of points, to sell in market, price
and package features need to be studied in respect to
competition.
 Resources:- Once product is selected execution is
necessity to accomplish the goal. Therefore we need to
have trained staffs such as Technical Support & Team,
Ops Manager & Team, Marketing Manager & Team
which is a primary need although billing team can be
there to help you in accounts.

 Advertisement budget:- Once you know the level of
competition it is compulsory to choose a medium which
will create a presence of your product as a brand and
to promote company. Majority goes with Demographic
Segmentation.
 Sales Plan:- Once you decide your input to procure
awareness in the market than we need to plan out for
output i.e. sales; although we can plan both strategies
push as well as pull. Push strategy requires more
number of resources and researchers where as pull
requires heavy expenditure on selection of Mass
Media.
Post Launch
 Company needs to make other competitor aware
about the services of its own which leads to develop
word of mouth publicity at competitor level.
 To attract more clients pricing strategy can play a
vital role + service + add on benefits.
 Marketing Manager need to keep a track on each
member what feedbacks they are getting from
client with in a short period, so that to conclude over
all marketing strategy.
As a Marketing Head
 One needs to understand the product and should be
able trace out the need of the client in day to day.
 Try to find out what competitors are practicing,
learning out from those giving new clients a robust
package with features.
 Managing all sorts of ATL & BTL activities which will
help product to boost revenues.
 Managing the daily task for seniors & executives.
 Addressing there queries and educating them about
the market with 5 W’s & H

 Setting up a model where marketing and operation
teams can work closely for a betterment of
company and employees understanding for that
product.
 Subscribing 3rd party for lead generation process. It
can be both depending on the competition and
demand, developing in-house telesales.
 Appointing marketing professional who have a
technical knowledge and can participate in clients
query.
To role out revenues from the marketing team need
to plan short term as well as long term goals.
To visit client personally if any client wants to build
interaction to ensure smooth work.
Developing a method of reporting for marketing
team, setting targets for them, motivating them.
To interact with OPS manager and directors in any
feedback or suggestion required.
