ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE:
 Agilent Technologies: Customer service coordinator : Aug’13 till date
Agilent Technologies: Working as ICA-Career for the Installation, Part ordering and invoicing of US
and Latin America region.
Key Responsibilities:
 Installation :
 Review of new orders and checking eligibility for Agilent FSE
 Creating service order and routing calls to Scheduling Coordinator
 Tracking of Orders shipped
 Coordinating with FSE for smooth Installation of Agilent products
 Providing additional information to Customers if required
 Closure of Service orders once the services are delivered.
 Parts Ordering:
 Creating and Processing Service orders for Parts team via Email and Phone call.
 Analyzing Customer Contracts, Warranty, Bench and trade for parts required for
Service.
 Checking inventory database worldwide and placing orders accordingly.
 Generating Purchase Orders in CRMand releasing the same to Warehouse for
shipment.
 Tracking and follow up with FSE and Logistic department for priority delivery.
 Updating customer with Order confirmation of Pricing, delivery dates and mode of
shipment.
 Proactive follow for smooth delivery of Parts to FSE’s.
 Arranging return of defective or wrong parts shipped to warehouse.
 Managing WIP inventory with the help of warehouse team
 Invoicing:
 Invoice services bought along with Instruments for US, Canada, Puerto Rico, Brazil &
Mexico.
 Tracking services due and schedule with Scheduling coordinator, FSE’s and DM’s.
 Maintaining database for all orders not yet invoiced
 Follow ups for Invoicing with FSE and DM’s.
 Timely invoicing of orders once Services orders are closed.
 Additional Responsibilities:
 Auditor for Installation team
 Regular audits and sharing feedback with Team members
 Identifying areas of improvements to bring down Error percentage
 Maintaining SOP’s and updating them with new updates regularly.
 ISO Audits : Maintains database for AFO-CSO documents for external audits
 MRS Access : Super user for MRS, Race/Clairvoyance and LSCA portal access
 Training and mentoring new Joiners.
 AON Hewitt: Team member: Feb’2012 to July’2013

 Managing pension accounts for US employees for different companies
 In depth analysis of Personalize Communication Statements, Death Overpayment, Death
Match, Death Processing and Payment setup for Beneficiaries
