- 1. To Whom It May Concern: As the owner of Desert Rose Dairy LLC, I am recommending Sami Ullah. Sami Ullah worked as a Dairy Management Trainee from June 20,2014 to December 15,2014. We found Sami to be a quick learner, motivated to learn new techniques, and then implement them on our dairy. He was capable and eager to follow instructions as directed. He proved to be reliable, always coming to work on time, and also put in extra hours when requested. His experience in obstetrics was evident and he was quite competent working with fresh cow treatments. In addition, Sami was assigned to all other areas of our dairy including milking cows, feeding and caring for calves, sanitation of the milking facility, treating cows with illnesses, and operating general farming equipment. In our conversations, it was obvious that Sami had a quality dairy education, and I frequently enjoyed our debates. I feel that Sami has many skills that will make him an asset to any dairy operation. I am glad to provide him with this recommendation.
