This summary reports on two cases of tuberculous gumma, a rare form of cutaneous tuberculosis resulting from hematogenous dissemination of mycobacteria in infected individuals with lowered immunity. The first case was a 29-year-old woman who developed subcutaneous nodules on her feet that softened into abscesses over 6-7 months. The second case was a 9-year-old boy who developed non-healing ulcers with excessive granulation on his foot and face for 5 months. Both cases tested positive for tuberculosis and responded well to antitubercular therapy.
