This document discusses developing a web-based booking system for corporate membership cards at a hospital. It outlines the current manual paper-based system and issues with it, including time wasted and errors. The proposed new system would allow staff to book cards online through a portal. It describes the staff and admin portal functions, development and testing approach, and objectives to improve efficiency and reduce errors. User acceptance testing was conducted and feedback was positive, though a few issues around browser compatibility and email configuration were identified and resolved.
