- 1. To, Registrar PIEAS Date: 28th June, 2022 Respected Sir, I, Saqib Ullah, student of 8th semester wants to request for a refund of my semester dues. Previous semester (7th semester) due to a fear of not letting me appear in the exam I had submitted full fees without any deduction. This semester I have received the EHSAAS Scholarship and now my balance is negative (-36000).
