This document summarizes a study conducted on passenger satisfaction at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). The study analyzed survey data from 3,188 passengers to identify factors that influence in-terminal purchasing and passenger satisfaction. The following key findings were reported:
1) Female passengers and those with household incomes over $100,000 were more likely to make purchases in SFO retail stores.
2) Passengers flying for business and those who had flown out of SFO more than 6 times in the past year were less satisfied with SFO.
