- 1. Schedule and Resources Week1- Tuesday 10th February. 1.10pm-4.20pm Start designing the logo. Start looking at the logo on Monday 9th if finished work. I am going to start and hopefully finish the logo in this afternoon. I already have what I want from my mood board. I just need to see what works. I am aiming to finish the logo this afternoon. Thursday 12th February. 9.00am-12.20pm From 9.00am until 9.30am I am going to leave this as contingency time if needed to finish the logo. If not I am going to start to plan the campaign poster. From 9.30am or 9.00am I am going to start doing my mind map which should take me about half an hour. I am going to brainstorm my ideas. It should be pretty simple as I already have a lot of ideas already. When I am finished after an hour an hour I am going to go for a break and come back at 10.50am. I then will outline my final idea. This is going to take me round about half ah hour/ forty-five minutes to do this. I may go back to my mind map and see if I can add anything else but this should take most of the lesson to create my final campaign poster idea. Week2 Monday 23rd February. 10.50am-4.20pm. For the whole of these three lessons on Monday I am going to get on with my campaign poster. I have all what I need from the last lesson. I am going to get straight on and design the campaign poster. Tuesday 24th February 1.10pm-4.20pm I am going to carry on with my campaign poster. I am going to give myself these two lessons to finish the campaign poster. Making sure everything is as good as I can get it. Thursday 26th February 9.00am-12.20pm Start my membership form. I am going to give myself half an hour of this time for contingency time for my campaign poster. I shouldn’t have to use it. I am going to put down my initial ideas. Then start creating annotated flat plans. Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday 9.00am- 10.30am 10.50am- 12.20pm 1.10pm- 2.35pm 2.35pm- 4.20
- 2. Friday 27th February 1.10pm-4.20pm Carry on flat plans for half an hour-1 hour. Make sure I have annotated them and then pick which one I think is the best and want to use. Week3 Monday 2nd March 10.50am-4.20pm Complete membership form. Design and make it using the chosen flat plan. Shouldn’t take to long as I will be following a plan. Tuesday 3rd March 1.10pm-4.20pm Carry on with the member ship form. Thursday 5th February 9.00am-12.20pm Finish the membership form. Make sure everything is how I want it. Make sure everything is as good as I can get it. Friday 6th February 1.10pm-4.20pm Start the Merchandise. Start the mind map about the initial ideas. Do mood board and mind maps about original ideas. Week4 Monday 9th March 10.50am-4.20pm Carry on the annotation of the mood board for half of the lesson. Start designing the completion of the artwork. Tuesday 10th March 1.10pm-4.20pm Carry on with the artwork and complete it by 1.40pm. Then go on to making the three mock-ups. This should be easy as I will already of have the plans from the annotation and the planning I did before which I can use in this. Thursday 12th February 9.00am-12.20pm Carry on creating the three mock-ups from Tuesday. Complete the three pieces and have them finished to a high standard and have hem finished to how I want them. Friday 13th February 1.10pm-4.20pm I have left Friday as contingency time mostly. I am going to use one lesson for contingency time for the three-merchandise mock ups. If I don’t finish this on Thursday I will finish it the first lesson on this Friday. Then I am going to use the next lesson to make sure that I have completed everything. I will go back on
- 3. anything that I think needs a bit more work on. I may use the two lessons for this or use the one. It depends on whether or not I get the merch finished on the Thursday to what happens on the Friday. But overall I am finishing this project on this Friday. Resources. The resourcesthat I am going to use are images. I may take my own photographsat the beach inmy owntime. I haven’t included this in the plan because I am not 100% sure yet that I am going to take my ownimagesor not. If I don’t thenI shall get stock imagesoff the Internet and use the likes of Google imagesto collect my photos. I may take my own imagesand if I do I will do this not in the planning and not in schedule time whenI will not be in class doing the work. I am going to use photoshop asa resource. Thisis going to be important because for whenI amcreating most of my products. Plansthat I have created previously like mood boards, mind maps, flat plans.
