Who We Are?
Today’s workplace is in quest to increase productivity and performance in a
competitive environment of rapid changes. The global market demands a
continuous improvement of employment efficiency, increased productivity
and better communication skills. Training and recruitment are vital for the
survival of today’s organizations.
Training Services:
Scope is an independent professional firm with more than 30 years of
international experience in management training and consultancy. Since the
founding of the firm, we have served our many clients in the Arab World by
providing them with business solutions and expertise in management.
Scope continues to develop and offer many new courses for our clients. The
courses feature instructors, who are up-to-date on international technology,
understand local and international operations and can teach in English
and/or Arabic.
All courses and modules can be tailored to suit your training needs and time
limitations.
Our LUR Process
We always emphasize the difference between formal education and adult
training in terms of objectives and techniques. As far as objectives are
concerned, formal education usually seeks building up a knowledge base.
However, in adult training we implement the Learn – Unlearn –Relearn (LUR)
Process. The first segment of the process (Learn) targets learning, i.e. the
trainees should gain new knowledge and acquire new skills, while the second
segment (Unlearn) is dedicated to helping the trainees get rid of certain
misconceptions about business practices, and the third segment (Relearn)
enforces new perspective for old systems.
Our training programs are built around this process, so training can achieve
tangible and measurable results.
Measuring Our Training Results
There are four criteria through which any client can measure the results
that our training has yielded. These are:
• Training programs response (We generate post-course evaluation
reports that give our clients qualitative and quantitative indicators of
training effectiveness and efficiency)
• On-Job-Action (Since our training is focused on practical skills rather
than theoretical lecturing, our clients can see a different behavior
when the trainees get back to their workplace)
• Business Focused Results (Trainees who successfully complete our
training courses would normally do their jobs faster and more
professionally, which saves the organization’s time and money)

Recruitment Services:
As our client, your satisfaction is our first priority. Therefore, by
coordinating our resources consisting of our up-to- data bank of qualified
applicants and our screening techniques combined with our expertise in the
recruitment field we will endeavor to meet your requirements by making the
search process fast and effective.
Your responsibilities:
You will be solely responsible for the following:
• Notifying Scope of recruitment request at least two weeks prior to
the planned date for interviews
• Identification of job specifications and criteria needed
• Informing Scope of final selection of the candidates
• Providing final selected candidates.
Our responsibilities:
You will responsible for the following:
• Finding potential candidates
• Screening and selecting of potential candidates according to required
criteria of Second Party
• Identifying exact number of potential candidates to be seen by
Second Party as per their request
• Fix appointments for the potential candidates to be interviewed by
Second Party
• Handling all required facilities, logistics & services requested by
Second Party staff to carry out interviews and assessments if
needed.
• Verifying authenticity of information provided by the final selected
candidates.
• Follow-up with selected candidates to ensure finalization of all
required documentations and provide Second Party with updated
situation
Fees:
The fees shall be paid in the following manner:
• Final selection of candidates should be paid after the process is
finalized
• If the candidate leaves during the probationary period or his/her
service has been terminated during the first 3 months, Scope is
committed to replace this candidate free of charge.
