Tubular inspection01 APOSCO provides to you the inspection of all kinds of tubulars: -Casing and tubing strings (All Sizes) -Drill pipe (All sizes) -BHA : String stabilizers, Near bit stabilizers, Drill Collars, HWDP, Subs … APOSCO inspection personnel have been trained and are qualified to inspect the elements and locate the failures, such as fatigue cracks, corrosion pits, handling damage and manufacturer’s defects.

Non destructif testing02 APOSCO, solutions provides nondestructive controls and measurements Our inspectors are qualified and experienced in Non-Destructive testing technics, mastering the application of API and DS-1 (all categories) specifications and, recommended specifications of our customers, in order to separate acceptable tubulars from those needing repair or complete rejection. Our available inspection technics of drill pipes, down hole rotary equipments, rig parts, casings and tubings are: -EMI (scope unit) inspection. -Ultrasonic inspection of drill pipes and welding areas. -Ultrasonic wall thickness spot checks. -Magnetic particle inspections (MPI). -Dye penetrant inspection of non ferrous materials (PT). -Visual and dimensional controls. -API Drifting.
