- 1. “HOLD ON MUSIC VIDEO” FADE IN: EXT. BEACH #1 – EARLY EVENING/DAYTIME BUBLE stands in the centre of the frame, facing diagonally towards the sea and strolling slowly. The beach scene is lonely; the waves move softly, the weather is fairly overcast. There is the sound of birds chirping and the waves rolling as the non-diegetic music begins. THE MUSIC BEGINS CROSSCUTTING EXT. BEACH #2 – EARLY EVENING FADE IN on a shot of a COUPLE standing by the shore, they face away from the camera and towards the ocean. They appear to be together. A shot of the COUPLE smiling, the shot includes the couple as well as the setting. A close up shot of the COUPLE holding hands, this pans upwards and then we see the COUPLE kissing with the sunlight shining through the gaps in their interlinked bodies. Shot continues on the beach scene, the COUPLE playfully flirts on the beach, laughing and smiling. The MAN then takes the WOMAN in his arms. CROSSCUTTING INT. STUDIO #3 – EVENING BUBLE sings along to the song in the studio setting with an old-style microphone and looks straight into the camera. CROSSCUTTING EXT. CITY #4 – EVENING/NIGHT COUPLE 2 stand against a wall looking across a river, backs to the camera. The scene is that of a busy city at night, the COUPLE appears to be in a quieter part of the city. The COUPLE chats as the music continues playing, they laugh and smile. CROSSCUTTING INT. STUDIO #5 – EVENING Back in the studio BUBLE sings along to the non-diegetic background track. CROSSCUTTING EXT. CITY #6 – EVENING/NIGHT
- 2. The MAN gets down on one knee, proposes to the WOMAN. The WOMAN stares at him shocked, clasping her hands in front of her mouth in surprise. She soon smiles, looking as if she is about to cry. Shot of the engagement ring, with the MAN’s hands holding it. MAN and WOMAN hug happily as she accepts his proposal. CUTS TO Continued city setting, however BUBLE is the centre of the frame and the COUPLE is not present. BUBLE is by himself looking across the river like the COUPLE had done. BUBLE has his hands in his pockets, his head down and has a sad expression on his face. BUBLE walks away. CROSSCUTTING INT. BEDROOM/HOUSE #7 – DAY The third COUPLE argues amongst each other, tension rises quickly and they hold their hands up in frustration, the WOMAN walks off to the right in anger and the MAN stands stationary, looking defeated. The MAN goes to the bedroom door, knocks on the door. The WOMAN walks out slowly; they both look upset and apologetic. The MAN talks to the WOMAN, appearing to apologize. The WOMAN smiles softly, looking slowly up. The WOMAN jumps to hug the MAN; they smile, appearing to have made up. CROSSCUTTING EXT. STUDIO #8 – EVENING BUBLE sings more passionately into the old style microphone as the song continues. CROSSCUTTING EXT. FRONT GARDEN #9 – AFTERNOON/DAY MIDDLE AGED COUPLE stand in the front garden of a house as the camera slow zooms out and in front of them there is two CHILDREN. The CHILDREN play as the COUPLE stands looking happy, the MAN puts his arm around the WOMAN and kisses her on the cheek. CROSSCUTTING EXT. STREET #10 – DAY
- 3. BUBLE walks along the street singing along with the track. CROSSCUTTING INT. HOUSE #11 – DAY OLDER COUPLE sit next to each other drinking tea; they look at each other and smile. CROSSCUTTING EXT. STREET #12 – DAY BUBLE walks along the street singing along to the song. BUBLE sees his GIRL and they smile at each other, keeping distance between them. The song progresses, BUBLE and GIRL walk closer together slowly, GIRL jumps into BUBLE’S arms and hugs him. BUBLE and GIRL are very happy, BUBLE winks and smiles at the camera.
