Script This is my script for a right guard deodorant advert Shot number Action character speech sound Shot type Time 1 The advert starts off with two people working out at a gym The two guys will be called Anthony and Reece. Anthony will be a nerdy looking guy with glass which will be portrayed as the stereotypical nerd. Whereas Reece will play the role of being the jock. Reece : you ready to go Anthony : yer Background noises of the gym equipment weights etc. Multiply close up shots of both people. Steady shot 4s 2 The two of them will then walk out of the door to the gym and walk into the hallway Anthony and Reece none footsteps Mid shot from outside door Steady shot 6s 3 A group of 3 or 4 girls will walk towards the guys Girls None Footsteps Over the shoulder Tracker 7s 4 The girls will walk up towards Reece and start talking to him when this is happening Anthony will be in the background looking envious face exasperation. Anthony Reece and the girls Reece : hey Girl 1 : hey Background noises and speech Mid shot Steady shot 10s 5 The camera will go onto Anthony who will still be looking envious then he reaches into his coat pocket and picks out a nameless deodorant brand. Anthony Reece : mabeyyoud like to go out some time (faintly) The background noises as well as faintly hearing Reece speak Mid shot Steady shot 12s 6 The camera will go to the deodorant can a have him spay it Anthony Girl 1 : yer id like that (faintly and does not get to finish the sentence ) Noise of the deodorant spraying and the girl talking Close up shot Steady shot 15s 7 The girl will stop mid-sentence and start to walk towards Anthony and go to talk to him Reece ,Anthony and the girls Girl 2 : so who are you Girl talking and background noises Mid shot Crab shot 18s 8 Before Anthony can reply Reece will smirk and pull out a can of Reece Anthony : I’m Anthony Anthony speaking but gets cut off Mid shot of Reece 19s

Steady shot 9 He will spray the deodorant on himself Reece Anthony : I’m Anthony (continuing from previous shot ) Sound of deodorant spraying Close up Steady shot 22s 10 The girls will start to walk back towards Reece and surround him Reece will then make a cocky smile and it will cut away Reece and girls None Background noises Mid shot Steady shot 25s 11 It will cut to the slogan will the deodorant in the middle none Narrator: Right guard only the best for the best Narrator speaking No camera in use 30s
