- 1. INTRO: ‘GCP’ FADE TO BLACK 1. FADE IN: Straight long shot on TRAIN doors Mechanical noises and train DOOR OPENS all the people get off including the protagonist. Camera remains still as people get off the TRAIN, sound of FOOTSTEPS, WHISTLES, CHATTING and ANNOUNCEMENTS. WIPE AS PERSON WALKS ACROSS PLATFORM 2. Extreme long shot down the TRAIN STATION, protagonist walking towards camera in a group of people. Camera LOCATES protagonist and camera pans with him as he walks past camera. CUT TO: 3. Camera on stairs. As protagonist walks up the camera pans around to follow. Protagonist picked out in group of people. CUT TO: 4. Straight shot of TRAIN STATION ENTRANCE, protagonist leaves the station, looks around and walks off to the LEFT. The camera TRACKS him for a bit as he walks. CUT TO: 5. Shot at ankle level of PAVEMENT. Protagonist steps off the PAVEMENT and in the background we hear noises of CARS, SIRENS and PEOPLE i.e. general city noise. WIPE TO: 6. Same shot as above but of a different PAVEMENT, protagonist steps up onto this PAVEMENT with the same background noises as previous. CUT TO: 7. Straight medium shot of protagonist from the WAIST UP, he is walking down a STREET with a BRICKWALL in the background. The camera crabs along the street following him.
- 2. CUT TO: 8. Straight shot of PROTAGONIST walking across RUNDOWN AREA. Camera is looking around a WALL as if the PROTAGONIST is being watched. There is then a slow zoom in on the character from an extreme long shot to a long shot. PROTAGONIST keeps looking around whilst walking and seems on edge. You can hear the FOOTSTEPS of the protagonist and a SIREN in the distance. CUT TO: 9. Camera tracking PROTAGONIST along another STREET from the other side. Sounds of CARS driving by and FOOTSTEPS. CUT TO: 10. Long shot down CORRIDOR, no camera movement at all. FADE TO: 11. High angle shot above PROTAGONIST working at a desk, can see COMPUTER SCREEN with text on. Can hear TYPING and CLICKING. CUT TO: 12. Close up on COMPUTER SCREEN with coding going down the SCREEN. Can see PROTAGONIST’S HANDS typing on KEYBOARD and you can HEAR CLICKING ON THE KEYS and BEEPS. CUT TO: 13. Over-the-shoulder shot on the SCREEN and DESK. Protagonist slams the COMPUTER shut. NOTIFICATION appears on protagonists PHONE he turns to LOOK at it. We hear the sound of the NOTIFICATION. CUT TO: 14. Extreme close up on the PHONE. NOTIFICATION reads “WE’RE COMING”. PROTAGONISTS HAND grabs the PHONE and picks it up.
