○ Don’t play a game that might not be comfortable to certain cultures.
○ Don’t make guess awkward facts about their colleagues.
○ Don’t take too long. Timebox your overall activities.
○ Don’t make the need for cameras mandatory.

○ Do ask simple questions. Make it silly not serious.
○ Do split people into groups or one-on-one
○ Do introduce friendly competition.
