Common statements in Software world
 We tried Scrum and it didn’t work
 How much productivity improvement I can expect?
 Our business is different
 How do I know each member performance in scrum team
 Scrum means that there is no documentation
 Scrum is meeting heavy
 There is No Planning in Scrum
 We need hardening sprint
 Is there any tool which can automate all these practices
