- 1. This is the Official 2014 Seed Order Form. Please make sure to use this form for all of your seed orders. We are unable to accept forms from prior years – no exceptions! Schools or organizations may submit more than one order form if necessary, (limit is 400 packets) or send an email to outreach@uri.edu to inquire about larger orders. To ensure proper routing, please include “Free Seeds Program” in the subject line. ABOUT ORDER LIMITS: In some cases, the number of packets that you can order of certain types of seeds may be limited. Refer to the “ORDER LIMIT” column. You may write in a special request on your order form if you require more of a limited variety. Special requests will be filled based on seed availability. Some Annuals & Perennials run out quickly. ABOUT SUBSTITUTIONS: The seeds listed on this order form represent a range of varieties that have been donated to the URI Outreach Center. The actual selection and quantity of seeds that we receive will vary. Our URI Master Gardener volunteers will do their best to provide you with an acceptable substitute if the variety that you ordered is unavailable. Under some circumstances, substitutions may be made in the form of a Surprise Pack.
