attitude that create our assumptions.

• Constructive conflict describes any
conflict in which the conflicting parties
willingly engage in such a way so as to
not only ensure a mutual benefit, but
that the benefit of actually engaging
outweighs the costs of either the
conflict or the engagement itself.

From your toilet paper reflection. Use the SOAR
analysis to reflect and set goals.
• What strengths brought you where you are today?
• What opportunities did you have?
• Which opportunities did you utilise fully and which
did you not?
• What are your aspirations for the rest of your live?
• What must you stop doing to achieve success?
• What must you do more of?
