KUBESM Engineered Solutions KUBE Phase I begins with initiation of an idea inspired by a client need or opportunity. Concept abstract outlining client expectations and the proposed details is composed. It defines the scope inclusive of cost benefit analysis, risk management plan, feasibility study, resource guide, and project management plan. KUBE Phase II consist of analysis of the end user, the user requirements, and creation of a detailed functional requirement. With the premise of the detailed functional requirement, the systems design document moves the project into storyboards that deliver the required functionality. A complete information system inclusive of installing systems environment; creating and testing databases, and performance of test program readiness. KUBE Phase III is the system test within it’s respective industry test group for identification and resolution of problems. Quality assurance is conducted for end user(s) to ensure functionality and integration of the intended system. KUBE Phase IV consists of in process reviews, end user training, technical service, and post- implementation activities.
