Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate activities to implement changes in Vodafone products and service portfolio;
• Create the project plan, following the allocated budget for testing activities and coordinate
activities for testing project team through the testing activities associated with the project;
• Establish and follow deliverables by using acceptance methodology for informatics projects;
• Regular informing the management team in the acceptance phase;
• Ensure a high level of quality of deliverables by following and controlling the acceptance criteria;
• Participate at evaluation and choose IT solutions from the testing processes point of view by using
standards and methodologies;
• Coordinate the problem management process by using ITIL standards with scope to minimize the
adverse effect of incidents;
• Prevent appearance and identify the root cause of the reported problems in Incident
Management process;
• Align the changes that fix the problems with the rest of the Management activities;
• Minimize the impact of incidents and problems that cannot be prevented;
• Periodical review of problems from the production environment;
• Look to close problems and identify the necessary changes for preventing incident recurrence;
• Manage corrective actions plan, prevent problems reappearance and keep the register of known
problems updated;
Achievements:
• Coordinated more than 20 projects in testing phase;
• Network Sharing with Orange Romania – coordinated testing activities for IT systems between
2014 and 2016 and testing together with Orange team in Acceptance phases;
• Prepaid Campaign – “Vorbesti, net si telefon primesti” – coordinated implementation of loyalty
program for prepaid customers by using new technology to implement it;
• Prepaid Campaign – “Nelimitat Vodafone Italia si Spania” – coordinated testing activities in
Vodafone Romania in this cross country project;
• Automatic Speech Recognition - coordinated testing activities to deliver new technology.
Vodafone is the first telecom operator that uses it;
• Coordinated testing activities for Recurrent HR, FIN, SCM and Sales releases deployed by the
Vodafone Group;
• Created “Change Management procedure” for Vodafone Romania Technologies;
• Created a centralized project plan containing all the projects needed to be tested;
• Created procedure for Vodafone internal releases;

Service Transition Lead

  • 1.
