Session introduction

This document discusses different approaches to urethral reconstruction, including whether to use flaps or grafts for anterior urethral reconstruction and the advantages and disadvantages of ventral, dorsal, and lateral approaches to bulbar urethroplasty. It also considers whether bulbar urethral repairs should transect or not transect the urethra. The document will present a case study.
