Using work flows Requirements: Media Studies students need to submit coursework only as PDF. Once submitted students have no access  to work or resubmission. Staff need submitted course work organised by class and student. Solution: Create two document libraries in the department site, ‘Dropbox’ and ‘Submitted’. ‘ Dropbox’ has contribute permissions for staff and students. ‘ Submitted’ has contribute for staff and full control for SharePoint/system  (no access for students) Use SharePoint Designer to build workflow ( with additional workflows from Codeplex)
