Software plus Services
Operational Model

• The solution has two components working in separated ways. The first
component handles the file coming from the customer’s ERP and
converts the information into the Tax Authority XML standard. The
second component validates the XML file and sends it to the Tax
Authority. Once the Tax Authority has approved the DTE, the second
component distributes the file to the electronic recipient.

• Signature provides tools that generates reports in csv format that can
be handled in Microsoft Excel.

• Communications with the Tax Authorities are performed automatically,
once they have approved the DTE, Signature sends it to the electronic
receiver, also handles the commercial acknowledge and all
documentation related with the local tax normative.
