This document summarizes an intern's projects on HR practices at Worldline India Private Ltd. The intern conducted research on employee perceptions of HR practices, continuous workplace improvements, and induction feedback. Objectives were to improve workplace scores and examine factors influencing employee performance and commitment. Activities included creating an employee engagement calendar, negotiating corporate discounts, and organizing talent events. Feedback was collected from new employees on their induction process. The intern presented findings and learned about the recruitment process.
