million graduates every year.
However employability of this
graduate is major concern .

2010 was based on the study, the
given reported data stated that 40
million people were unemployed .
This study has been estimated that
among 1.1million people fell in the
working group at the age of 15-
59 years
The main reason of
Unemployability is not only due to

Education system
We have the third largest higher Education market after China
and US . The Indian Education system upgrades millions of
Graduates each and every year but still the corresponding
employability rate were terribly low when compared to other
The deficiency caused among younger generation in practical
training knowledge.
No improvement in observing the skills of the candidate.
Continuous migration of Job seekers but not job producers.
The factual information brought by INDIAN
WORKFOCE is such that the school dropout rate in India touches
56.8% by the students reach the qualifying examination at the 10th
standard which further leads to Unemployability.
The survey found that only 25% of the Indian

difficulties of employees in India to fill job vacancies has increased
to 67% in 2011 compared with 16% in last year.

to be a much bigger problem
than unemployment itself.
According to a pan-India
labour report released by Team
lease, the largest staffing
company, about 57% of India’s
youth suffer from some degree
of Unemployability, while 53%
of the employed youth lack
specific skill sets and only 8%
of youth are unemployed.

education system
Equal priority range must be given
to all the students irrespective of

in a better way in order to
promote capacity of the

be a compulsory mode of
subject which has to be in
practices in
primary education.
More government industrial parks should be promoted in Indian state
government.
THE GOVERNEMT should give more funds to ITI’s so that the people get technica
Knowledge for doing job oriented course.
FDI should not be the part of major of working sector.
Students should not be in position of status promoting jobs, instead they should
adopt
towards all job friendly environment.

Job seekers must not have a mentality of dumping into IT sectors, rather they
must seek
The importance of other sectors like core industry.
