What is Skyrim?
What is Skyrim?
Skyrim is a totally open-world medieval rpg in which you can do
     exactly as you please.

It takes place in the fantasy world of Nirn. The continent is

Dragons have returned to the world to bring it to it’s end and
you are the Dragonborn, a person born with the soul of a
dragon. Only you can stop them.

Skyrim is divided up into nine holds (regions) with their own
     capitals and towns:

                 After creating your
                 character and finishing the
first quest, what you do is
                 entirely up to you.

                 Whether you pursue the
dragons to stop them, be a
                 villain and terrorize
                 civilians, become a
                 werewolf or vampire, even
                 ride your own dragon and
                 be feared all over Skyrim.
                 Helping or killing those you
                 meet, the choice is yours.
