He provides a welcome call to assess the student’s needs and objectives and will work with him periodically to ensure his progress and optimal objective attainment. Student Services: We offer our students support 6 days a week from 9am to 10pm via chat, Skype, email & telephone. Our students can also send emails to their tutors through our learning platform as well. Tutor Support: Our Smart Course learning platform is supported daily by experienced and certified English language tutors. The tutor is there to help the student navigate the learning process, providing exercise corrections & feedback as well as guidance for a better learning experience. Online Live teacher: Choose your class and interact with our certified and experienced online live teachers.
