- 3. 3 Users’ Validation of the SmartOpenData Pilot’s Services 1. User engagement • as a first step in validating the value of the Pilot’s services to its intended users. 2. Direct user interaction with the open data access process • as the next level of user involvement with the GI/LOD sources. 3. Co-design of innovative “demand pull” services • The ultimate engagement of the stakeholders to evolve the Pilot’s services beyond the project, • Use the SmartOpenData platform to create new opportunities, • And in turn sustain the platform.
