1. IBM is introducing new Rational Enterprise Cloud solutions that allow development teams to access standardized mainframe development environments from anywhere through cloud-based images. 2. These images include tools like Rational Developer for zSystems, Rational Team Concert, and Rational Development and Test, preconfigured to maximize productivity. 3. Teams will be able to build, test, and deploy applications more efficiently by leveraging on-demand cloud instances of integrated tooling environments without having to manage complex on-premise infrastructures.
