Description : The purpose of the project to generate a document tracking id to track documents send to Downstream for tracking purpose. Customer care executive will use this document tracking Id to know the status of document send to downstream and will inform to customer the same. Business users need to track each document passing through CCP at different levels such as whether the document is processed , rejected, sent for customer, printed etc. Business users sends the Document tracking ID to CCP to get the status of the document for all outbound items such as letters, statements , ffks for Credit Cards and Loans . JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: I was involved in the shell scripting, testing, database, Sql loader and documentation.
