- 2. BACKGROUND The main source of global warming is carbon dioxide gas which come from the fossil fuel use. Most of the fossil fuel was use on electricity power plant and transportation. In transportation fossil fuel was use to run the vehicle. Meanwhile in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta traffic jam always happening. The traffic jam makes every single vehicle run longer, which mean more carbon dioxide being release to the atmosphere. Most of the traffic jam in Jakarta happen in the high way road especially before the toll gate. SOLUTIONS “ELECTRONIC TOLL COLLECTION” Electronic Toll Collection is a techonolgy which has been developed in aims to reduces the delay when people paid the payment on the toll booth This technology has already been used in other country but not in Indonesia This technology the vehicle which had had the device just need to pass by the gantry. This solutions can only be done if the government has install the gantry and the owner of the vehicle has install the device. This way the traffic jam will be reduce and less fossil fuel will be burn away. OTHER CARBON DIOXIDE PROBLEM As we know earlier, the main source of global warming is carbon dioxide gas which come from the fossil fuel use and most of the fossil fuel was use on electricity power plant and transportation. Electricity power plant will need more fossil fuel to fill all the electricity demand. If the demand getting higher it will cause more fossil fuel will be burn. - 5. SOLUTIONS If every home can get other source of electricity it will reduce the demand and less fossil fuel will be use. Everynight people will sleep, but, even when they sleep human body still produces heats This heats can be use as small source of electricity which can be use in to recharge gadget battery or to turn on the bedroom lamp. This product could be created by using Thermal Electric Generator and an a bed This way people don’t need to use the electricity from the fossil fuel power plant for small energy needs product.
