This paper proposes a solution for real-world delivery problems (RWDPS) faced by home delivery services, utilizing an improved max-min ant system combined with Dijkstra's algorithm to find the shortest travel time routes in urban areas with fluctuating traffic conditions. The study highlights the effectiveness of the hybrid approach that incorporates both real-time and predicted traffic data, as evidenced by promising experimental results in central Tokyo. The methodology also emphasizes the significance of efficiently updating routes in response to changing traffic patterns to enhance solution accuracy.
